The meters for gas and electricity are read by yourself
the deposit must be paid with the remaining rent (3 weeks before arrival).
The depoit serves for possible damage. It will be paid back on your account after deducting flow and gas.
with travel cancellation costs become due as follows.
For cancellation until 60 days in advance we will keep 100 euro per week.
Only if we cannot rent the house on same conditions: With cancellation 60-40 days before beginning of renting cancellation costs are 10% of the rent, 40-21 days before beginning of renting 40% of the rent, starting from 20 days before beginning of renting 100% of the rent. With possible short term renting at reduced price, the amount is issued accordingly.

Arrival is Saturday as from approx. 16.00 h
Departure is Saturday at 10.00 h
other appointments might be possible.
